Precautions For Installation
1、Select polycarbonate sheet in proper thickness, and make sure there are some spaces left for expansion
2、Usd electrical tools to cut polycarbonate sheet
3、Take off PE film after installation finished (make sure not expose PE film in sunshine or rain over 2 days)
4、Usd neutral silicone gel
5、Avoid fasten screws directly onto PC sheet. If it’s inevitable,make sure to enlarge the holes, choose screw with gasket, and don’t fasten it too tight if
6、 Clean PC sheet with neutral sanitizer, wipe with soft cloth or sponge, then wash with warm water completely
7、 Don’t fasten sheet with screws directly (cracks will caused easily in heat expansion or cold shrinkage)

Edge sealing guide-lines
Since moisture build-up and dust/insect contamination inside the channels can be a major problem,one of the most important aspects of installation is edge sealing.The following guide-lines are recommended to choose proper sealing tapes:
1、 sealing materials should have good resistance to water, dust and air.
2、 ensure sealing materials won’t cause any damage to PC sheet.
3、 sealing tape should keep long-term adhesion though temperature change suddenly or in high temperature.
4、 sealing materials should have good weather resistance,without loss of long-term adhesion or mechanical strength.
5、 sealing tape should have good resistance to tearing and other damage during installation and handling.
