一、 Introduction Of Our Products
PC(polycarbonate) hollow sheet also be known as PC multi-wall sheet. It is a kind of engineering plastic sheet with excellent integrated capacity. It features very strong impact resistance, high light transmission, good weather resistance, flame resistance, anti-ultraviolet radiation (Just for those sheet co-extruded with UV layer),easy installation and durability etc. Now PC hollow sheet has became very good and safe substitute of glass. It is widely applied to daylighting for public,civil constructions,awning, passage roofing, sound absorption barrier,greenhouse and advertisment and etc. PC solid sheet is now an ideal awning material,which attracts decoration circle’s much admiration and favor.
GOOD LIGHT TRANSMISSION
For clear PC hollow sheet, it’s light transmissivity can reach up to 80% and the transparency won’t decrease gradually . Colored sheet can block off the strongest sunshine and soften the sunshine go inside.

PC hollow sheet features excellent impact resistance, it is 80 times stronger than normal glass. 2kg falling dart drop from 1 meter high, sheet surface won’t show any cracks.Its service temperature range is from-40℃ to +120℃, in which all its physical performance keep stable.

PC hollow sheet weigh only 1/12 of the similar glass.Light weight and hard crack make PC hollow sheet very easy to handle, install, drill holes, and cold bend directly.It’s very simple and convenient to apply it.
UV PROTECTION
An UV protection layer is co-extruded on the surface of PC solid sheet.It will ensure PC solid sheet keep stable from UV radiation, and slow down its aging ,fading. The lifetime of our PC solid sheet can reach up to 10 years.
WEATHER RESISTANCE AND INFLAME RETARDANT
PC hollow sheet ranks in fire retardant Grade B1, Its ignition point is 630℃, If ignited,it won’t burning random and will extinguish automatically if keep away from flame, no smoke,no poisonous gas.
SOUND-PROOF, HEAT-INSULATION
Hollow structure make PC hollow sheet performed better on heat insulation as well as on sound-proof than other solid sheet. It’s the preferential material for agriculture greenhouse,some heat-insulation equipments and sound absorption barrier for expressway.
