一 Introduction OF Our Products
PC(polycarbonate) solid sheet also be known as unbreakable glass. It is a kind of engineering plastic sheet with excellent integrated capacity. It features very strong impact resistance, high light transmission, good weather resistance, flame resistance, anti-ultraviolet radiation (Just for those sheet co-extruded with UV layer),easy installation and durability etc. Now PC solid sheet has became very good and safe substitute of glass. GOOD LIGHT TRANSMISSION
For clear PC solid sheet, it’s light transmissivity can reach up to 88% and it won’t turn yellowish and foggy if exposed in strong sunshine.
EXCELLENT IMPACT RESISTANCE
PC solid sheet features excellent impact resistance, it is 250-300 times stronger than normal glass, 20-30 times stronger than acrylic sheet and also known as UNBREAKABLE GLASS.
WEATHER RESISTANCE AND INFLAME RESISTANCE
PC solid sheet ranks in fire retardant Grade B1,can serve in temperature range from-40℃ to +120℃, in which all its physical performance keep stable. Its ignition point is 630℃, and it will extinguish automatically if keep away from flame.
LIGHT WEIGHT AND EASY TO INSTALL
PC solid sheet weigh only 1/2 of the similar glass.It can be easily cold bend or thermal bend, be processed into different patterns as well as be cut or drilled holes against request.
UV PROTECTION
An UV protection layer is co-extruded on the surface of PC solid sheet.It will ensure PC solid sheet keep stable from UV radiation, and slow down its aging ,fading. The lifetime of our PC solid sheet can reach up to 10 years.
